The Fuse is our bright, easy-drinking Peruvian coffee. It's grown in Chanchamayo and washed, which keeps the cup clean and clear. Expect juicy orange, crisp red apple and a gentle black tea finish.
It's light, fresh and refreshing, so it's a good pick if you like your coffee on the brighter side. It's Rainforest Alliance Certified too.
How to brew: Best as filter, V60, Chemex or French press: 1g coffee to 16g water, with water just off the boil.
Freshness & storage
Our coffee is best enjoyed within 6 months of roasting. We aim to deliver every bag within 21 days of its roast date, so it arrives fresh with plenty of time to enjoy it.
Once opened, reseal the bag and store it in a cool, dark place, such as a cupboard. Do not store in the fridge.
