Bright Spark is lively, fruity and a little boozy. Think juicy blueberry, ripe cherry and a sweet, sherry-trifle finish.
It comes from COMSA, a cooperative in Marcala, Honduras, started in 2001 by 61 farmers and now more than 1,600 strong. It's certified organic and Fairtrade, which helps farmers get better prices and steadier markets. The co-op also runs its own school for almost 200 children and is planting over 160,000 trees across 4,000 acres of coffee land.

How to brew: Best as filter,V60, Chemex or French press: 1g coffee to 16g water, with water just off the boil.
Freshness & storage
Our coffee is best enjoyed within 6 months of roasting. We aim to deliver every bag within 21 days of its roast date, so it arrives fresh with plenty of time to enjoy it.
Once opened, reseal the bag and store it in a cool, dark place, such as a cupboard. Do not store in the fridge.
