Day Shift is our seasonal filter coffee. It's the one you'll reach for every day, but what's in the bag changes with the seasons, so there's always something fresh to look forward to.
This round is a blend of naturally processed Honduran and Brazilian coffees. Expect blueberry jam and milk chocolate: fruity, sweet and easy to drink.
How to brew: Made for filter, V60, Chemex or French press: 1g coffee to 16g water is a good starting point. Use water just off the boil.
Freshness & storage
Our coffee is best enjoyed within 6 months of roasting. We aim to deliver every bag within 21 days of its roast date, so it arrives fresh with plenty of time to enjoy it.
Once opened, reseal the bag and store it in a cool, dark place, such as a cupboard. Do not store in the fridge.
